Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FRE account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the FRE app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm to permanently delete your account.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in or are unable to complete deletion in-app, email us from the address linked to your FRE account and we will delete your account on your behalf within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, age, bio, preferences, location)
• All profile photos and verification selfies
• All matches and conversations you took part in
• All messages, voice notes, and shared media
• Likes you sent and received
• Your blocked users list and discovery settings
• Your Firebase authentication record (email / phone number)
• Device tokens used for push notifications

What data may be retained

We may retain a minimal amount of anonymised data where required by law — for example, aggregate usage counts that do not identify you, and records related to safety reports or fraud prevention that we are legally required to keep. None of this retained data identifies you personally after deletion.

Account recovery

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you want to use FRE again later, you will need to create a new account.
